Diodes for high-frequency rectification is one of the most important devices in wireless communication. It has been reported that organic diodes fabricated by the combination of solution and vacuum processes can rectifiy 13.56 MHz signal. However, fully solution processed organic diodes have never achieved the 13.56 HMz rectification so far. Here we demonstrate the 13.56 MHz rectification using fully solution processed organic diodes with printed electrode.
