[15a-B309-2] Morphological observation of pigskin using high-speed FF-OCT

We used pigskin as a measurement sample, and the removed intercellular lipids by solvent treatment to simulate the dry state. We imaged pigskin before and after delipidation Using by FF-OCT system and considered influence of intercellular lipids on skin surface dynamics. We evaluate the amount of water present in the skin from the obtained OCT images and verify the relationship between the morphology of the skin tissue and the amount of water. We also report the analysis results of the depth dependence of the interference light intensity.
