[15a-B410-12] Increasing the Observation Depth in Axially Resolved Light Needle Microscopy
Keywords:3D imaging, Bessel beam, Airy beam
We develop a novel imaging technique that can acquire three-dimensional images only from a single raster scan of a light needle with an extended focal depth in laser scanning microscopy. The generated fluorescent emission is converted into an Airy beam and detected to extract the depth information. In this talk, we demonstrate further extension of the depth of field in our method.
