[15a-D305-9] FMR Measurement of CPW cantilever with ferromagnetic resonance

In this study, we attempted to develop a cantilever for magnetic field measurement using CPW-FMR with microdots to exceed the spatial resolution limited by the superparamagnetic limit. As a result, in the external magnetic field dependence of the frequency characteristic of ΔS11, increase and decrease of the peak due to ferromagnetic resonance were observed.
