Keywords:Spin-orbit torque, SrIrO3

We have investigated the spin-orbit torque at SrIrO3/Co junctions, where SrIrO3 is a conducting nonmagnetic oxide with strong spin-orbit interaction in terms of oxide spin-Hall materials. In order to evaluate spin-orbit torque, we utilized second harmonic measurements using lock-in amplifiers in the planar Hall geometry. The in-plane magnetic field angle dependence shows one-fold symmetry, indicating that spin-orbit torque detected at SrIrO3/Co junctions are mainly along the current direction.
