In this study, we used two kinds of Bull’s eye-plasmonic chips composed of concentric circle structure to examine the fluorescence intensity distribution of a single nanoparticles within the Bull’s eye pattern by epi-illumination. For the chip with pitch (Λ) of 480 nm, the difference in the fluorescence intensity of the bright spot was little found for any position inside pattern. However, at Λ = 400 nm, the fluorescence intensity increased closer to the center of a pattern. Comparing with the bright spot outside the pattern, about three-fold fluorescence intensity was obtained at center of a pattern.
