In recent years, research has been actively conducted to improve the efficiency of deep ultraviolet LEDs, which have a wide range of uses such as sterilization and skin treatment. In this study, fine particles were prepared using Ga, which has a plasmon resonance peak in the deep ultraviolet wavelength region, and the spectra were observed. As a result, strong resonance peaks were obtained at various wavelengths in the deep ultraviolet by changing the size of the grains. In addition, because Ga is easily oxidized by high temperature heating, we prevented it by coating Al2O3 with Ga nanoparticles.
