[15a-PA4-18] Surface sensitivity of surface plasmon resonance sensor in far-ultraviolet region
Keywords:alminum, refractive index sensor
Recently, we have investigated a new surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor using far-ultraviolet (FUV, <200 nm) light. Due to the shorter wavelength light compared to the visible light, which is conventionally used for the SPR sensor, high surface-sensitivity can be expected. In this study, we investigated the surface-sensitivity of the FUV-SPR sensor by preparing organic films with various thicknesses on aluminum.
