[15a-PA4-23] On/off switching of enhancement effect of Raman scattering using tungsten oxide nanorod

We have previously reported that WO_x nanorods, which are intermediate oxides of tungsten, have large enhancement effect of Raman scattering. Single molecule detection is possible. This time, we have found that this WO_x nanorod shows on/off switching of enhancement effect. The mechanism of on/off switching will be discussed.
