[15p-A202-2] Study on biaxial alignment of a high-temperature superconductor DyBa2Cu3O7 using in situ X-ray diffraction measurements under modulated rotating magnetic fields
Keywords:high-temperature superconductor, magnetic orientation, in situ X-ray diffraction measurement
REBa2Cu3Oy (RE123) is a superconducting ceramic with a high critical temperature and has an orthorhombic crystal system. Therefore, biaxial orientation under modulated magnetic fields can be performed. By clarifying the conditions for achieving biaxial orientation of RE123 under the modulated magnetic field, we can develop oriented materials that can be used in many fields. This paper reports in situ X-ray diffraction measurements of a suspension of Dy123 crystallites under the modulated magnetic fields.
