Among devices that evaluate aberration of optical systems, Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensors are capable of single-path observation. The wavefront sensors usually require a point light source that, however, disturbs the optical path of the optical systems to be measured. We designed and manufactured a small and light-weight wavefront sensor toward incorporate into the focal plane of telescopes, and verified its performance with nonpoint light source.
