In this paper, we propose a simulation method for the temperature-desorption method (TDS), which is a method to investigate the diffusion of nuclides in a material and their desorption behavior from the material surface.
In this method, one-dimensional diffusion equation is solved by boundary integration. However, since the boundary integral requires the constant of the medium to be constant, we approximated the calculation as a uniform initial value problem in a time-split zone.
As a result, we were able to reduce the computational cost of the analysis.
