Extensive attention has been paid on moiré superlattice, which is composed of two different atomically thin monolayer 2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) semiconducting materials (MX2:M=Mo, W, X=S, Se). The fascinating properties from the moiré superlattice leads the formation of a potential by slightly different lattice constant with tilting angle between two layers. This potential acts as a periodic trap for exciton and provides spatially ordered zero-dimensional (0D) quantum dots. In this work, we investigate time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy of MoSe2-WSe2 heterostructure and clarify the dynamics of ground and excited states of moiré exciton.
