Two-photon fabrication, which utilizes photochemical reactions caused by two-photon absorption, is expected to be used in the fabrication of biological tissues for regenerative medicine and drug discovery because it enables nano-sized 3D fabrication. In this study, we performed two-photon fabrication using only biocompatible materials as raw materials and evaluated the properties of the obtained three-dimensional structures. By using visible light as the excitation light, the biocompatible material can be directly excited. Three-dimensional nanofabrication was achieved without the use of additives, which has been a challenge for biological applications.
