[10a-N321-8] Dynamic observation of Cu precipitation from glyoxylic acid Cu complex irradiated by femtosecond laser pulses
Keywords:femtosecond laser direct writing, glyoxylic acid Cu complex, dynamic observation
We investigated the effect of the substrates with various thermal conductivity on Cu precipitation area by dynamic observation of the precipitation to control the amount of Cu precipitation in femtosecond laser pulse-induced photo-thermochemical reduction of glyoxylic acid Cu complex. The Cu precipitation area on SiO2 glass substrate with low thermal conductivity was larger than that on Si or Al2O3 substrates with high thermal conductivity. These results suggest that the thermal conductivity of the substrate was dominated in the Cu precipitation.
