[10a-N403-5] Investigation of BaTiO₃-based Composite Dielectric Ceramics Prepared by Solvothermal Solidification Method in Lower-temperature Solution

We have been studying the preparation of BaTiO₃ ceramics with a high relative density by a low-temperature solution method (solvothermal solidification method). This method is capable of preparing composite ceramics including low-heatproof materials. In this study, we propose the improved sovothermal solidification method to prepare composite ceramics including functional materials in a high volume fraction for higher dielectric properties.
