We carried out the evaluation of thermal crosstalk for densely-packed 1.1 μm-band 16ch vertical cavity surface emitting laser arrays with spacing of 40 μm. The temperature change is estimated from the measured lasing wavelength shift with pumping other channels. The total thermal crosstalk is as small as 7 K.
