[10a-S203-6] Spin wave propagation characteristics of defect spinel epitaxial γ-Fe2-xAlxO3 thin films for magnonics applications

In this work, we have observed the spin-wave propagation on γ-Fe2-xAlxO3 (FAO) films for the first time. The results reveal that FAO thin film shows spin-wave propagation, and can be a promising candidate material for magnonic computing devices based on oxide heterostructures in the future.
