Bioabsorbable polymers are useful as materials for medical devices used in vivo, and research on microfabrication technology for minimizing the invasiveness of devices is underway. In addition, the use of composite materials with metallic materials is expected to make the devices both more functional and less invasive. However, the problem with polymer/metal laminates is that the interface is easily peeled in vivo. In this study, we investigated the joining process of the bioabsorbable polymer/metal interface and its stability in vivo.
