Keywords:Optical wireless power transmission

Structural optimization specialized for laser reception is required to improve the efficiency of optical wireless power transmission. In particular, when receiving a laser with a non-uniform intensity distribution in the device surface, it is considered important to reduce the lateral electrical resistance (series resistance) of the electrodes. Therefore, in this study, we made a GaAs photoelectric conversion element and evaluated the difference in laser reception by changing the thickness of the electrode.
