Keywords:digital holography

Digital holography (DH) can measure the shape on the sub-wavelength order by using the phase image obtained by the wave surface propagation calculation. In the wavelength scanning type DH, the number of phase folds can be determined from the linear relationship between the wavelength and the phase, but the wavelength variable CW laser light source is difficult to perform high-speed and high-precision wavelength scanning. If an arbitrary mode can be extracted from an optical frequency comb having highly accurate and evenly spaced modes, there is a possibility that the wavelength scanning DH can be speeded up.
