In this presentation, we aim to control the focusing position in laser processing by using femtoseconds laser induced acoustic waves. The relationship between the sound pressure and the processing condition with respect to the positional relationship between the air / target interface and the focus point will be clarified, and the focus position in laser processing will be controlled.
