[10p-N306-3] Negative non-local resistance in twisted bilayer graphene/h-BN super-moiré lattice

We observed negative non-local resistance without magnetic fields at three-quarters (3/4) filling of the conduction and valence minibands in magic angle twisted bilayer graphene (θ~1.25°)/h-BN super-moiré lattice. Some studies have reported the observation of anomalous Hall effect and chiral edge transport at three-quarters (3/4) filling of the conduction miniband in magic angle twisted bilayer graphene aligned with h-BN, and it is possible that non-local negative resistance observed in this study is attributed to the anomalous Hall state and chiral edge transport.
