[10p-N306-5] Cyclotron resonance absorption in twisted bilayer graphene

We measured cyclotron resonance in twisted bilayer graphene (tBLG) with the twist angle θ = 2.0 deg. Under mind-infrared light irradiation, the device showed large photovoltage at the sub-Dirac point under zero magnetic field. Next, we applied perpendicular magnetic field and observed multiple photovoltage peaks. These observations reflect the Landau levels in tBLG.
