本講演では、液体電極ヘリウム大気圧グロー放電の液体電極にレーザー光照射した際の放電電流の光子エネルギー依存性について報告し、脱溶媒和電子の気相輸送過程をモンテカルロ法で再現することで、溶媒和電子密度の深さ方向分布を概算する。
