Output characteristics of ascorbic acid and glucose fuel cells using anode catalysts based on composite films of nano-carbons (SWCNT, graphene, C60) and conducting polymers like PEDOT*PSS, polyaniline and polypyrrole are mentioned. Especially, it is noted that the output power is enhanced by oxygen booster using electrolytic oxygen pump. Also the performance of biofuel cells is discussed based on rate-limiting factors from the dependences of output power on oxygen concentrations.
