A thermoelectric device was fabricated using a flexible substrate and thermoelectric materials for application in mobile micro power supplies and independent power supplies for IoT sensors. Conventional devices use only one side of the substrate, but sufficient power cannot be obtained with only one side. Therefore, we fabricated a dual-type flexible thermoelectric power generation device using both sides of the flexible substrate to make the most effective use of it. As a result, we were able to obtain about twice the output power of the single-sided device.
