In this lecture, I will explain how I first came contact with laser technology for the first time after joining a company, and how this technology had fascinated myself and changed my life drastically.
In spite of lack of management experiences, lack of human connections, and short of funds, this value change had driven myself establishing a new company that manufactures high-power lasers and systems. I would also like to explain how I had managed the company and actually became a laser manufacturer.
