Delawave is a startup company which develops, manufactures, and sells the intravascular optical coherence tomography (OCT) catheter and system. Delawave received the regulatory approval for the catheter and the system in the category of class IV and II from the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) in 3.5 years since its foundation and the catheter has successfully been reimbursed. Delawave is currently preparing for the product launch. This presentation covers the Delawave’s history and future direction as well as the technology and the clinical use.
