[10p-S302-7] An Influence of Fluctuation of Topological Charges on Velocities of Skyrmions in Antiferromagnets

We have performed the numerical calculations of the velocities of the skyrmions in the antiferromagnets. We have found that the velocities become saturated to the upper limit with increasing the spin polarized current. However, there exists the discrepancy between this result and the analytical solution obtained from the Thiele equation. We have considered that this discrepancy is attributed to the fluctuation of the topological charge Q. We have estimated the deviation of Q from zero using the analytical solution of the velocity including topological charge explicitly without setting Q to zero.As a result, it is found that Q indeed fluctuates from zero and that the fluctuation is greatly related to the saturation of the velocity.
