Keywords:optical power transfer, Glucose sensor

The current technology is continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS), in which a part of the sensor is implanted subcutaneously to continuously measure the glucose concentration in the intercellular fluid. 30~40 mm in size, the current device poses a risk of contact and aesthetic issues. In this study, we considered a CMOS sensing circuit for the realization of an ultra-small CGMS sensor using optical power transmission technology with ultra-small solar cells.
