Atomic vacancies in oxides are attractive for new functions, and little progress has been made in exploring the functionality of materials with anion-deficient layers. SrVO_2.2O_0.6 with anion-deficient layers has a quasi-two-dimensional structure consisting of an insulating layer and a conducting layer, and in the thin-film synthesis, a period change and a direction change of the anion-deficient layers are realized by compressive strains. The spin density wave transition derived from the low-dimensional structure was also confirmed. In this presentation, the effects of Ca doping on the anion-deficient structure and low-dimensional electronic properties are reported.
