[11a-N203-2] Evaluation of Dynamic Structure Change of Electrode and Cell Performance in All Solid State Batteries by Numerical Simulation

In All Solid State Batteries (ASSBs), it is important to evaluate the reaction and mass transport phenomena at the interface between solid electrolyte and active material. In actual cell, composite electrode layer is used, and in order to increase the mass transport performance, effective reaction interface and effective capacity, this structure has to be optimized. Thus, numerical simulation is one of the effective approach for this structure design. In this lecture, I will introduce our various simulation technology to understand internal phenomena and to design this composite electrode structure.
