By creating an open-source scanning probe microscope (SPM) controller, it is possible to accelerate research and development based on SPM. Here, we have developed an SPM controller using LabVIEW / FPGA, which makes it easy to extend programs. In this talk, we will introduce the details of this system and how to extend it.
