Recentry, graphene emitters lighting in infrared-to-THz region have been attracting attention. In this study, we investigated angle dependence of infrared radiation of graphene emitters on SiC. As a result, we found that infrared radiant density from edge of sample is higher than from surface. Infrared radiation from graphene in edge of sample was also confirmed. Therefore, graphene can emit high-power infrared waves in same direction as carrier traveling direction.
