We formed laser-induced periodic surface structure (LIPSS) with two-directional periodicity on titanium surfaces with azimuthally polarized femtosecond laser pulses at different pulse width, laser energy, scanning speed, and scanning direction. We confirmed that the LIPSS have colors even though it rotated 90 degrees in the surface by using a color measurement. The experimental results obtained clearly show the structural colorized surfaces less-dependent on observation direction.
