Crystalline organic semiconductors are reported to realize a high-speed electron transport by "band-like" electron transport due to their crystalline order. In this research, we found that the main factor causing the speeding up of electron transport by the formation of crystalline order is not the improvement of electron transfer but the disappearance of the spatially correlated energetic disorder, in the transition from liquid crystalline phase to crystalline phase. We will discuss and clarify the electron transport using the spatially correlated disorder model based on the nuclear tunneling of the electron transfer.
