[11p-N105-1] Reactive Solid-Phase Epitaxy + Ion Exchange: A Way to Fabricate Layered Oxide Epitaxial Films

In the vapor phase epitaxial growth of oxides represented by pulsed laser deposition (PLD), epitaxial films can be relatively easily prepared when the oxide composed of a simple composition or simple crystal structure. However, complex layered material containing significantly different vapor pressure components is difficult to grow epitaxial film. In this talk, I will introduce "Reactive Solid Phase Epitaxy method" and "Ion Exchange method", which are one of the effective ways in such a case.
