Anaerobic Threshold: AT is an important indicator of exercise intensity, but it is not commonly measured due to lack of convenience. We have developed a wearable sensor that can continuously measure sweat lactate. In this study, we measured the exercise load (watt) during sweat Lactate Threshold: LT, blood LT and exhaled AT in the Ramp load test. We analyzed the correlation coefficient and systematic error between sweat LT and blood LT, and between sweat LT and exhaled AT. Sweat LT showed a strong correlation with blood LT and exhaled AT, and the systematic error was sufficiently small. This sensor achieved the required performance as a monitoring device.
