Keywords:Carbon nanotube, Yarn, Conductivity

Carbon nanotube yarns are expected as higher conductive and mechanical-strength wires due to properties of CNT itself. The bulk properties of CNT yarns, however, are less than expected value caused by CNT-CNT junctions, CNT orientation and packing structures. Recently, we revealed that the linear negative resistance behavior of CNT yarns is originated from a scattering and interference process by the Friedel oscillation at a defect induced graphitic structure. By using this analysis, we can estimate more accurate quantitative analysis for contributions from each transport mechanisms. Therefore, we will report about the quantitative analysis for various types of CNT yarns.
