[11p-N322-1] Halide Perovskites via Alternate Laser Deposition: Correlation between Layered Structure and Decomposition Tolerance

In order to clarify the growth mechanism of lead methyl ammonium iodide perovskite (MAPbI₃), we have been studying the formation of MAPbI₃ by alternate laser deposition of PbI₂ and CH₃NH₃I (MAI) as source materials. In this study, we report on the phenomenon that the difference of a unit layer thickness in the alternate deposition process causes a remarkable change in the decomposition tolerance.
