We firstly introduced different proportion of Diethylammonium iodide (DEAI) to A site of the Tin halide perovskite layer to increase the crystal size and make better energy band level matching. As a result, the efficiency was enhanced from 7.31% without DEAI to 10.28% with DEAI.
