▲ [11p-N322-11] New hole selective contacts to achieve efficiency more than 23% in tin-lead perovskite solar cells
キーワード:Tin-lead perovskite, PEDOT:PSS free, Low voltage loss
Tin-lead (Sn-Pb) perovskite solar cells (PSCs) could achieve power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) more than 30% as per Shockley-Queisser (SQ) limit [1]. To date, high performing Sn-Pb PSCs are fabricated on PEDOT:PSS [2,3] which is hygroscopic and acidic in nature, and hence, a big concern for long term stability of device. To find an amicable solution, we are introducing new kind of hole transport layers in this work that not only led to the PEDOT:PSS free device but also enabled us to achieve the PCE of more than 23% in Sn-Pb solar cells. The PCE obtained is not only the highest ever reported in Sn-Pb PSCs research, but also, it is among the highest PCEs obtained with p-i-n configuration in PSCs.
