[11p-N322-5] Orientation Control of 2D Perovskite by Templated Growth on (100)-oriented CH3NH3PbI3

In order to overcome the trade-off relation between efficiency and stability in 3D/2D layered perovskite solar cells, the orientation control of 2D perovskite is needed. In this study, the orientation of 2D perovskite was controlled by fabricating 2D perovskite on orientation-controlled 3D perovskite. 2D perovskite fabricated on (100)-oriented CH3NH3PbI3 was tilted by 45 degrees with respect to the substrate surface. This result showed that the orientation of 3D perovskite controlled the orientation of 2D perovskite.
