Sn perovskite has been attracting attention as a lead-free next-generation solar cell, and it has been reported that its performance can be improved by mixing A-site cations. However, the reason for this has remained unclear. In this study, we report the device evaluation, microwave spectroscopy, and crystal structure evaluation of tin perovskites with three different mixtures of FA/GA/PEA cations. As a result, it was clarified that the crystal structure changes depending on the mixing ratio of A-site cations and that the electron mobility has a significant influence on the device performance.
