[11p-N401-4] Analysis of Frequency Entrainment of Mutual Synchronous Terahertz Oscillation in Bi2212 Mesa Array

In this talk, we are going to show how to continuously extend the polarization characteristics of a terahertz oscillator with a mesa array structure during single mesa oscillation to the vicinity of the measurement bias point, and try to reproduce the polarization characteristics during parallel oscillation based on the results. Based on the results, we will try to reproduce the polarization characteristics in parallel oscillation. From the results obtained here, we discuss the interaction between the mesas that causes mutual synchronization in the Josephson oscillator.
