Keywords:tunnel magnetoresistive devices, magnetic materials, computational science

Tunnel magnetoresistive devices are composed of magnetic electrodes and insulating barriers and exhibit tunnel magnetoresistance. Those devices are utilized in various commercial products, and we are exploring novel materials for enhancing magnetoresistance. In this talk we will report our recent studies on materials for tunnel magnetoresistive devices using experimental and computational approaches.
