[12a-N306-8] CNT growth manner and carbon transfer of sulfur assisted ethanol CVD with ¹³C isotope labeling

We have observed CNT growth from both ends of the CNT core using isotope labeling and found that is the origin of hairpin-shaped CNT growth. The CNT growth from a mixed mist of ferrocene and ¹³C- ethanol was reported that the conversion efficiency of CNT reaches to very high 40%. In this time,We report the effects of thiophene mixed in a mist, and observed conversion efficiency to the CNT from ¹²C-ethanol mist supplied after CNT nuclear growth.
