In the modularization of perovskite solar cells, the contact resistance between the transparent conductive oxide and the metal electrode is a factor in the reduction of efficiency and fill factor. In this study, we report on the modularization of perovskite solar cells with p-i-n structure, by separating the charge transport layer and perovskite layer using a solvent.
