[12a-N322-9] Spectroscopic Observations of Electron Accumulation on Transparent Electrode in Solar Cells

Keywords:solar cell

In solar cells and organic light emitting devices, FTO and ITO are generally used as transparent electrodes, but these transparent electrodes are rarely discussed other than their function as electrodes. In this study, we aimed to extract the knowledge about electrons on FTO by spectroscopic measurement. Actually taking dye-sensitized solar cells used FTO as an example, it was found that the electron accumulation on FTO can be observed by spectroscopic measurement. Furthermore, we discuss the difference in time traces of electrons on titanium oxide and FTO, and photocurrent in dye-sensitized solar cells.
